Programme description
[NEEDS FACT: legal entity name operating Voltriiix] ("Voltriiix") offers a text messaging programme to people who have submitted a car search request on voltriiix.com and opted in to receive texts about it. Messages relate to your own request and may include:
- Confirmation that your request was received
- Updates when a matching vehicle is found
- Follow-up if part of your request is incomplete
- [NEEDS FACT: confirm the full real message set once the SMS programme is designed - this list must match any sample messages given to an SMS platform for verification, per the runbook's Section 5]
This programme does not send unrelated third-party advertising. Every message ties back to the car search request you submitted.
How to join (express consent, under CASL)
You join by submitting your phone number and taking a clear, positive action - checking the SMS consent box (unchecked by default) - on the Voltriiix car search form. This is express consent as required under CASL: we do not treat submitting the rest of the form, or any other action, as consent to be texted. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of using the site or submitting a request, and remains valid until you withdraw it by opting out below.
Message frequency

STOP / opt-out
Reply STOP to any Voltriiix text message at any time to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent to that number from any Voltriiix text programme. A STOP received in reply to any Voltriiix message is honored across all Voltriiix text communications with that number, not only the message it replied to.
Under CASL, we will honour a STOP request (or any other opt-out request you send us) within 10 business days, and our opt-out mechanism stays usable for at least 60 days after any message it applies to.

Supported carriers
This programme is offered to Canadian mobile numbers on the major Canadian wireless carriers (Rogers, Bell, Telus, and their sub-brands and resellers). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and participation may vary by carrier and is not guaranteed. This programme does not send messages to US mobile numbers. [NEEDS FACT / NEEDS DECISION: confirm whether the SMS platform chosen will register via A2P or via Persona identity verification for this Canada-only traffic - see the runbook's Section 2. This does not change what a recipient experiences, but affects what has to be true before sending is turned on.]
Privacy
Your mobile number and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We retain your consent record - the date, the exact wording shown, and its version - for at least 3 years after our last message to you, as required under CASL. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy, Section 4 ("Mobile information and SMS consent (CASL)").
Cost
There is no charge from Voltriiix to join this programme. Message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.
